Matt is a great personal trainer. He is helping me achieve my goals of losing weight and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / burpees/core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts!
I love this gym! There is a great sense of community, trainers are very helpful and genuinely interested in your well-being, always there to give you advice and help you do your best. Matt is always getting new equipment to fit the members' needs and occasionally he brings in a puppy to the gym.
