Wednesday was still very stiff.
Thursday I woke with my neck very short and tight at the back- so I lay nose up on the floor for about an hour and a few clicks later felt a bit better. This morning, I've almost forgotten about the neck altogether !!
Still achey in middle of my back but I can now move my head !!
