Tamsin's classes are always fun, challenging and clearly carefully planned. They're suitable for all levels so if you're feeling as if you'd like to take it easy, you can but can also push yourself a little further if that's what you want.
Tamsin is a sensitive and highly skilled teacher. She had a class to suit every ability. I've really improved since I started 3 years ago, physically but mostly mentally. She has helped me develop my ability to be in the moment and savour every movement.
