Carrie did my wedding cake and I have to say I could not have been happier. She is a really friendly woman who managed to deliver a beautiful unique flavoured cake. She kept us upto date through the whole process and was even able to give us flavours that we thought were impossible.

Carrie has made several cakes for me in the past, mainly for birthdays and anniversaries. She is always open to my wants, needs and challenges! Her imagination and artistry is second to none (building and making a F1 car, plus personalising it was one of her best birthday creations for my husband!). She is the best cake maker I have ever come across. The cake filling itself is soft and beautiful to taste, even after a day or two. I will continue to ask Carrie to make cakes for me for many years to come. The communication between buyer and maker is great. She always goes above and beyond.
