Jake was very efficient. He explained what he was going to do before he started. Afterwards he explained very clearly the workings, and if I didn't understand anything I could give him a ring. He tidied away when finished. Jake even removed his shoes before entering house, which is a big tick from me.
Jake was very professional and courteous. He never left any mess and kept us informed all the way through what he was doing. He was always on time and I would certainly recommend him to anyone who is thinking of a new alarm system.
Fabulous product and installation. We are impressed with the quality of the CCTV and the workmanship was second to none.
