A tenant had a problem with a lock whilst I was away abroad so I called Brian with the confidence that he would be able to help. Brian went and did the job quickly and effectively then emailed me to confirm it had been done. The tenant was happy that he was able to use his door again. I was happy that it only took one phone call from the other side of the world with the reassurance that I wouldn't be charged for a new lock or door. Thanks Brian.
