I sent an email to Karen on a Sunday as the lock and handle on our garage door (UPVC door) had given up. She replied within a couple of hours. She came out the next day (which was a Bank Holiday) in order to inspect it and she fixed it there and then. Very impressed by the fact that she came out on a Bank Holiday without charging extra for it. I would definitely recommend her.
New extra keys provided as well as the ones with the lock and they were better than ones you get in a shop. On time, everything as it should be, would recommend.
Very pleased with the work, price half that quoted by another company from checkatrade, would definitely recommend.
