If you want to go to a PT who screams and shouts at you and makes you feel terrible about yourself then don't come to HFA.
Aron pushes you to work harder but not aggressively, it's like he has the self belief in you that you don't yet have (but soon will).
Aron understands that sometimes life gets in the way and he's incredibly supportive of that, if you miss a session or two (or maybe more) you won't be grilled about why you didn't come and your loss of gains. He'll help you get back on track with one of his terrible jokes and make you feel at ease again.
The sessions are always fun and even if you walk into the gym with a frown, at the end you'll be laughing and smiling and most importantly feeling good about yourself.
Personally I think this is the best PT service in Teesside and if you're on the fence about it then don't worry you'll soon fit right in.
