Elaine kept us in the loop via phone to arrange and confirm a suitable date for installation. Installer Stefan came at the arranged date/time.
We can't speak highly enough of our installer, Stefan. He was extremely polite and friendly throughout, did a great job.
Once the job was done, Stefan cleaned and tided the area around the boiler as it was when he arrived. A really great experience all round.

I contacted M&H Heating services about fitting a new boiler in a kitchen cupboard instead of in an upstairs cubby hole that was difficult to access.
Martyn visited on April 8 and we discussed the best way forward.
Martyn suggested fitting a Greenstar CDi Compact boiler with a 10 year guarantee in the position I required and extending the flue to incorporate the existing flue to outside.
On April 19 Martyn arrived with Leon who he said would install the new boiler. The first thing Leon did was put down protective covering all up the stairs across the landing into the cubby hole. He then proceeded to work all day in a very professional manner, removing the old boiler and then fitting the new one. Martyn returned about 4.00pm and together they tidied up and explained the workings of the new boiler and thermostat.
One of the reasons I employed this company is because when I first met Martyn he listened to what my requirements were and made suggestions to fulfil those requirements.
I would have no problems in recommending this company to anyone.
